Understanding productivity metrics

Know what each metric means

At Braudit, productivity is important and we want you to know how you and every member of your team is doing.

We currently provide you insights across these metrics;

  • Productivity Rating: This shows how productive you, members of your team, departments or your entire organisation are in a period of time. You will receive either of the grades below:

    • A - Highly productive

    • B - Very Productive

    • C - Productive

    • D - Fairly productive

    • F - Unproductive

    Productivity ratings are determined based on workdays, past due tasks and tasks due on a day a workday is completed but not attempted.

  • Productivity Growth: This is the difference in productivity points acquired between two periods.

  • Completed tasks: The total number of tasks that have been completed.

  • Workdays: The number of workdays active/completed.

  • Work hours: The total number of hours accumulated across work days.

  • Avg. work hours: The average number of hours accumulated by your team over a period.

  • Avg. tasks completed: The number of tasks completed in a day or the average over a period.

  • Project hours: The total number of hours accumulated in a project from time tracked in project tasks.
